Justin Mather is a Resource Manager for eCommQuest Inc. His responsibilities include candidate sourcing and relationship development, staffing strategy development and on-going project support and he has over 5 years of recruiting/management experience in the Engineering and Event Production industries. Prior to joining eCommQuest in July of 2007, Justin was a Sr. Engineering Recruiter for a nationwide executive search firm and was the VP of Operations for a multi-national Event Production company. His combination of management and recruiting experience allows him to both identify the top industry consultants and ensure an efficient and seamless project experience for both the consultant and client. Justin holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
